Alex Rahn

Alex Rahn is a seasoned government affairs professional with a proven track record of securing federal and state funding, navigating complex regulatory approvals, and shaping policies that drive economic growth. In 2024 alone, he successfully assisted clients in obtaining over $20 million in Congressionally Directed Funding.


Rahn has played a key role in shaping Pennsylvania state budget priorities, including amending the Solid Waste Management Act to preserve recycling grants, securing increased funding for home care services for the physically disabled, and establishing critical funding guidelines for child welfare programs. His work has directly influenced policy decisions that ensure sustainable public funding for essential services.


With deep experience in permitting and regulatory approvals, Rahn has guided clients across industries through complex approval processes. His work includes securing Presidential permit reform, obtaining state and municipal approvals for two power plants, facilitating approvals for a Sunoco gas station and a battery manufacturer, supporting the Mariner East Pipeline project, and negotiating municipal franchise agreements for Verizon.


A strong advocate for economic development, Rahn played a pivotal role in amending Act 1 of 2021, Pennsylvania’s COVID relief package, to include provisions that support economic growth. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he successfully lobbied for the passage of remote online notarization (HB 2370), ensuring the continued operation of the real estate and title industry while benefiting both businesses and consumers.
