Caleb Franz is an Associate at AxAdvocacy, where he supports clients through policy research, strategic analysis, and engagement across federal issues.
Before joining Ax, Caleb gained experience across government, research, and international security. At APCO Worldwide, he produced policy briefs for senior advisors and tracked emerging legislative trends. As an OSINT Research Analyst supporting the U.S. Department of State, he conducted geopolitical risk assessments focused on academic partnerships in Asia. He also served as an Economic Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, analyzing global semiconductor supply chains for a grant-funded study.
Caleb earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Virginia Tech, graduating magna cum laude. During college, he held leadership roles in the debate club, participated in the Heritage America Program, and was a member of Alpha Phi Omega.
Outside of work, Caleb is an avid hiker and national park enthusiast, always seeking his next trail or summit. He enjoys pickleball, live music, and exploring new outdoor destinations.
