Before joining AxAdvocacy, Joe spent his career at Platinum Advisors, where he advised a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients on legislative, regulatory, and budget matters. His experience spans some of California’s most complex public policy issues, requiring strategic thinking, bipartisan coalition-building, and a deep understanding of the state’s political landscape.
