Josh Harlow

Josh Harlow serves as a General Consultant and Senior Vice President at AxAdvocacy. In this role, he provides overall campaign management, vendor services, and public affairs and advocacy services to political campaigns/organizations and business groups across the country.

Known for his acumen in helping to organize and execute, Josh has been trusted with multi-million-dollar budgets to manage political and public affairs projects for nationally prominent organizations in as many as 30 states at a time. By identifying and capitalizing on national trends to generate action at the state level, Josh has racked up an impressive win record throughout the country on advocacy issues ranging from school choice to animal cruelty to energy policy. On the political side, Josh has been a senior strategist for statewide officials in five states and won more than 50 local and legislative races last cycle.

Previously, Josh has served as a Senior Associate at Axiom Strategies, Press and Legislative Assistant for the Kansas Speaker of the House, and Staff Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Labor. In 2004, he interned in the George W. Bush White House.

Josh and his wife, Jenna, are the proud parents of a 12-year-old son, and there is no greater thrill in their lives than watching baseball, football, and basketball just about every weekend. Josh graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, where he was Student Body President.
