Lauren Splett is an Associate at AxAdvocacy, where she provides operations and government affairs support. Lauren is a graduate of Geroge Mason University, where she studied Government and International Politics and was a member of their Division 1 tennis team. As a student, she gained valuable experience interning on Capitol Hill for Congressman Max Miller (R-OH-07) and various political consulting firms.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and as expected from a Minnesota native she loves spending days at the lake.
