Zachary Hayes

Zachary Hayes has been an Associate at AxAdvocacy since 2024. In this role, he has aided General Consultant and SVP Josh Harlow in preparing direct mail, text messages, digital ads, and door-knocking materials for candidates and political groups in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Minnesota. He has also managed projects, conducted research, and written op-eds for numerous organizations across the country seeking assistance with public affairs and legislative outreach. During the 2024 general election, AxAdvocacy won 33 out of the 38 races on which Zachary worked.

Before coming to AxAdvocacy, Zachary worked at The Political Firm, another Axiom Strategies company, and assisted with races during the 2023 election in Louisiana. Before that, he was involved with numerous campaigns in Nevada, including serving as the campaign manager for a local congressional candidate and as a field organizer for the 2020 Trump campaign.

In 2019, Zachary received his Master of Arts degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University, where he was the valedictorian of his class. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Loyola Marymount University in 2017.
